Food Review: Ketchup (American)

You must be wondering..

Is ketchup food? Of course. It may be used to season or for dipping, but we still take it in through our mouths – so, it is food.

Then, let’s see how it’s made..

Okay, I know what you’ll say, Nicko’s Kitchen uses tomato paste! Isn’t it like “unnatural”, you know? Well, it’s needed. Like, paste.

Yes, tomatoes are kinda sour, so use some sugar in preparing your ketchup – with some choice ingredients to help stabilize or more so, enhance the flavor but not weaken the tomatoey taste. The celery is a good one here. Just not too much spices. And remember to mix well.
